Edgar M. Duncan
Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Mr. Duncan is also licensed to practice law in the State of Alaska. He graduated from Washington and Lee University and earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. His practice includes estate planning, probate, corporate law, and business tax planning. He is a frequent speaker on estate planning and probate and is a published author in the State Bar Continuing Education Program.
Stephen A. Bressler
Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law as well as Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Bressler received his undergraduate degree from Texas A & M University and his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law where he was a member of the John M. Harlan Society and the Law Review. Prior to entering private practice, he was a Captain in the U. S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Mr. Bressler’s practice concentrates on assisting businesses and individuals with their planning needs, including business sales, acquisitions, and formations, estate planning and probate, and real estate sales, acquisitions, and financing. He has been a speaker and author on estate planning and probate issues for the State Bar of Texas Continuing Legal Education Program. Outside of the office, Mr. Bressler enjoys ranching, biking, hiking, skiing, travelling, and being with his two sons, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren.
Matthew K. Williamson
Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a degree in business administration and earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. Mr. Williamson’s practice concentrates on probate, estate, and trust administrations, estate planning and family wealth transfers, asset protection, business formations, acquisitions, sales, and succession planning, oil and gas, and real estate transactions.
Michael P. Repp
Mr. Repp practices in the area of probate and estate planning, real estate, and corporate law. He received his degree from The University of Texas at Austin and earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. He served on the Editorial Board of the St. Mary’s Law Journal and is a member of the John M. Harlan Society. Mr. Repp enjoys travel, scuba diving, and spending time outdoors with wife, Heidi, daughter, Sophia, and their three dogs.

Mr. Jacoby graduated from Stanford University where he received the Senior Award for Academic Excellence from El Centro Chicano de Stanford. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Jacoby serves as litigation counsel for individuals and businesses in a variety of disputed matters, and he takes great pride in helping clients navigate their estate planning, trust, and probate needs. As a sixth-generation Texan, Mr. Jacoby loves Central and South Texas, finding no greater joy than fishing on the Pedernales with his family.
Megan M. Green
Ms. Green practices in the area of probate and estate planning, as well as corporate law and business planning. She received her degree from The University of Texas at Austin and earned her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school Ms. Green served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kevin Yeary at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, as a student attorney in the St. Mary’s Civil Justice Clinic, and as a staff writer on the St. Mary’s Law Journal. The comment she wrote as a staff writer was published in Volume 50 of the Law Journal. Ms. Green is also a member of the John M. Harlan Society. In her free time she enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time outside with her dog.
